By accessing or using https://3dword.com (the "Service"), operated by 3dword ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email (for registered users) or a banner on the site.

3dword is a free, browser-based 3D text effect generator that allows users to create, customise, and export 3D text visuals. The Service includes:

• A free tier with standard templates and PNG exports up to 1080p
• A Premium tier with additional features (4K export, GIF, MP4, GLB)
• A Pro tier with the highest resolution exports and all premium features
• The ability to save and manage templates (Premium/Pro accounts)

You are not required to create an account to use basic features of the Service. To access saved templates and premium features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium and Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

• Free trial: Where offered, trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. No refunds after 7 days.
• Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price increases.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity

Any text, images, or other content you input into the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and render your input solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to use and submit your content through the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Service, including its design, code, templates, graphics, and brand assets, is owned by 3dword and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or commercial projects. You may use 3D text images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including social media, marketing, and merchandise, subject to the following:

• You may NOT resell the raw generated files as standalone digital assets (e.g., on stock sites)
• You may NOT claim ownership of the underlying 3D templates or algorithms
• Attribution is appreciated but not required

Our free tier is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 3DWORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3dword and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice per our DMCA Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
